5. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are made through our secure platform. A booking fee applies to all transactions. Full details are provided at checkout. Snapaway acts as a payment facilitator and is not responsible for the quality of photographer services.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual photographers and shown on their profiles. Snapaway's platform fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

7. Intellectual Property

All Snapaway platform content is protected by UK copyright law. Photographers retain ownership of their photography but grant Snapaway a licence to display their work on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Snapaway acts as an intermediary marketplace. Our liability is limited to the platform fee paid for your specific booking.
